Why our NVR cannot find the HDDs?

Please install the HDD properly, no gap with the interface.

Please install recommended HDD, eg. Seagate, WD, TOSHIBA, SAMSUNG, HITACHI (generally capacity: 1T, 2T, 4T,6T
